Solaris Idle (v0.1.0)
A downloadable game for Windows
This is an idle game built around one idea: your planet's axis actually matters.
Drag to spin the planet, and a separate slider controls how far its axis is tilted. That tilt decides your seasons — summer gives every biome full output, winter cuts it to half, except for Tundra, which works more efficiently in the cold. Coast stops fishing entirely once winter hits. Mountain and Cave don't care about sunlight at all — they only produce in the dark, which makes them the opposite of everything else on the planet.
Six biomes, six different personalities:
- Forest, Desert, Tundra, Coast — normal production, lit by the sun, each with its own resource (wood, sand, ice, fish).
- Mountain and Cave — work in shadow instead of light, producing stone and diamonds.
Resources feed into a forge (turn wood into planks, sand into glass, and so on), a skill tree with permanent unlocks, and — once a biome gets big enough — you can build rocket to reach the Moon. The Moon runs on a completely different rhythm: it actually orbits the planet, and you collect Moon Dust once per full orbit instead of a constant trickle.
Eventually you'll want to prestige: spend Moon Dust, reset the planet, keep a permanent production bonus, and earn Star Dust for a second, separate upgrade track that never resets.
It's a single-player, no-ads, idle game. No main menu — you just open it and the planet is right there. Autosaves every minute.
This is version 0.1. The core loop is done; sound and music are coming in the next updates. If something feels off or unbalanced, We'd genuinely like to hear about it.
